Description
The S9015 PNP Transistor is a high-performance silicon transistor engineered for low-power amplification, pre-amplification, and switching applications. With a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of -45V and a collector current (Ic) rating of 100 mA, it’s optimized for small-signal circuits requiring low noise and high linearity. The S9015 offers a power dissipation of 400 mW and a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 60 to 1000 (depending on the variant: S9015A, B, C, or D), making it an excellent choice for audio frequency (AF) pre-amplifiers and sensitive signal processing. Encased in a TO-92 package, it features a collector-base voltage (Vcb) of -50V and an emitter-base voltage (Veb) of -5V, with a transition frequency (fT) of approximately 150 MHz. Frequently paired with its NPN counterpart, the S9014, this transistor is widely used in radios, microphones, and DIY electronics projects. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, offering a cost-effective and durable solution for hobbyists and professionals.
