The S9013 NPN Transistor is a versatile silicon transistor designed for low-power amplification and switching applications. Encased in a TO-92 package, it features a collector-base voltage (Vcb) of 40V and an emitter-base voltage (Veb) of 5V, with a transition frequency (fT) of approximately 150 MHz.
