Description

The BTS7960 High Power Motor Driver Module is a robust H-Bridge motor driver designed to control high-current DC motors in robotics, automation, electric vehicles, and industrial applications. Built around two Infineon BTS7960 half-bridge driver ICs, it supports bidirectional motor control, PWM speed regulation, and dynamic braking while providing multiple built-in protection features.

Supporting motor supply voltages from 5.5V to 27V and handling up to 43A peak current (with lower continuous current depending on cooling and operating conditions), the BTS7960 is an excellent choice for driving large DC motors that exceed the capabilities of standard motor drivers such as the L298N. It is fully compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and other 3.3V/5V microcontroller platforms.

The module includes overcurrent, overtemperature, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection, ensuring reliable and safe operation even in demanding applications.
